Devan Kaye

Born and raised in Hawai‘i, Devan brings a calm, organized presence to every transaction. As the Executive Assistant to Valerie Caro, she oversees the listing process from the moment a listing agreement is signed to the day the property is sold, ensuring everything moves smoothly for clients and the team. She also holds her real estate license, which gives her a deeper understanding of the process behind the scenes.

Devan’s background in customer service dates back to age fifteen, giving her a steady foundation in communication, problem-solving, and client care. Her life abroad has also shaped her perspective; she’s lived in Japan and Vietnam, where she rescued her dog, Mala, from the streets before bringing her home.

Outside of work, you’ll find Devan outdoors with her boyfriend and Mala, exploring new places or planning the next trip. Her love for travel and her global experiences inform the way she connects with people from all walks of life, bringing warmth, understanding, and reliability to the real estate journey.
