Valerie Caro is a 30 year resident of Flagstaff and is a woman who strives for excellence in every aspect of her life. Stephani Allen

Licensed Listing Agent and Marketing Coordinator

Stephani is one of the most eccentric, fun-loving members of our team. She grew up in a small town in Arizona and moved to flagstaff to enjoy the beauty flagstaff has to offer. She carries a B.S.B.A. in Marketing with an emphasis in Business Administration. Her previous sales experience includes time with companies such as Tommy Hilfiger, Millers Outpost, PACSUN, Victoria's Secret and Abercrombie and Fitch. Stephani's real estate industry experience began in 2003 at First American title where she worked on a team with over 25 years of escrow and title experience. She joined the Common Goal team in 2005 as the Marketing and listing coordinator. Recently, she was voted into Montclair's 'Who's who in Real Estate' and is an active member of the Mike Ferry Organization. Stephani was our leading Sales Manager at the Arbors project to initiate condominium sales. After successfully closing over 42 units, she moved back to our main office to resume her role on our listing team with Valerie and hasn't stopped going at it since! When she's not hard at work marketing your homes, she's out playing soccer, running, playing frisbee golf, shopping and serving her community through several charitable events. She worked during high school to save enough money to buy her first camera and has loved photography ever since.
