Joe and his wife Liz moved to Flagstaff in 1979 to live and raise their four children. They now have eleven beautiful grandchildren. Joe worked in law enforcement for eleven years before moving to Flagstaff to become a part of our close knit community and to take advantage of the great outdoor recreational opportunities in and around Flagstaff. Joe is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys boating, fishing, backpacking, and hiking. He is also a private pilot and takes pleasure in flying during his free time. Joe owned several businesses in town before going on the road for seventeen years as a sales consultant serving clients in Northern Arizona, New Mexico, and Southwest Colorado. For the last seven years Joe has worked as an Agent and Associate Broker at Flagstaff Top Producers Real Estate with his daughter Valerie. He is also involved in many volunteer organizations which include serving the Flagstaff community as an elected City Council Member.  Chris Jacobs
Listing Tactical Support Director
Chris is the Executive Listing Assistant at Flagstaff Top Producers Real Estate. He works side-by-side with both Valerie and Stephani in their daily endeavors to get your homes sold! Chris is in charge of weekly service reports for the homes they market. Whether its hand delivering flyers to the properties or conducting a weekly house inspection to ensure everything remains in order, Chris is there to help smooth the path and achieve the goals of our clients. As part of the listing team Chris also assists with the scheduling and coordination of professionals, such as photographers, housekeepers and gardeners, which ensures our properties are in top notch condition for showings. When Chris isn't working for Flagstaff Top Producer he is working hard feeding, exercising, and caring for horses at three different local ranches in the Flagstaff area. In addition to this, Chris also enjoys riding his own horse, Snake. Chris enjoys spending free time with his family and friends and is currently attending Northern Arizona University where he majors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Criminal Justice. With Chris's sarcastic wit and endless energy, he is a great addition and keeps the rest of the Flagstaff Top Producer Team on their toes.

Kim has been a Flagstaff resident since 1979 and believes that Flagstaff is the most desirable place in the country to live. He and his wife of 30+ years, Julie, have raised a son, a daughter and numerous sporting dogs in this mountain community. His 30 years of experience as an engineer with a large mining company attest to his attention to detail and accuracy. Jeff and his wife Sue moved to Flagstaff in 1986 with two children that are now grown and have families of their own. Jeff has had a varied career; he has managed retail stores for more than twenty-five years, helped manage newspaper and regional magazines, and most recently owned a flooring store that remodeled homes and commercial businesses. His store helped homeowners turn their everyday houses into showcases.
Jeff values the importance of community service; his involvement in Flagstaff is a testament to that. Jeff has served many organizations over the years, including Grand Canyon Boy Scouts Council board, Flagstaff YMCA board, United Way of Northern Arizona board, March of Dimes board, Salvation Army board, and the Northern Arizona Builders Association. Presently Jeff serves on the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce board, St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance advisory committee, NAU Lumberjack Association board, and Greater Flagstaff Economic Council board. Jeff is also a very active member of the Flagstaff Rotary Club.
While not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Sue, who is an accomplished quilter. He enjoys golf, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, and gardening.

Dani Lawrence, originally from Fort Collins, Colorado is an eight year resident of the Flagstaff area. She and her husband are both Northern Arizona University Alumni with many strong ties to the community. In our office she is a Licensed Transaction Coordinator and also serves as Office Manager. Her analytical approach to the escrow process is a strong asset to our team. She continues to educate herself about the real estate market and has recently acquired certification to become a Short Sale and Foreclosure Residential Specialist. Dani’s sense of humor and excellent communication skills make the home buying process less stressful for everyone. In her spare time Dani spends time with her four year old daughter, two year old son and husband.
